Welcome to the 2017 New Brunswick ATV Federation Jamboree

4 – 7 August Woolastook Park Kingsclear NB

Schedule:

Friday

Meet and Greet and bonfire at the Welcome Centre.

Guided night run to Longs Creek departing at 8:00 p.m., approx. 40 km – reminder; you are responsible for the rider behind you, ask if you don’t know how this works.

Saturday

Signed ATV run; a scenic loop through the Beaver Dam area, approx. 70 km.

Depart at your leisure from the Welcome Centre but it is suggested you leave between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in order to make the BBQ lunch.

Follow the orange signs.

BBQ on the trail at the half way point.

Saturday’s prize draws; results will be posted in the Welcome Centre, don’t forget to check in after the run to see if you won a prize!

Band goes on stage at 8:00 p.m. at the Welcome Centre.

Sunday

Signed ATV run; another scenic loop but through the Island View area this time. Depart at your leisure from the Welcome Centre but it is suggested you leave between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in order to make the BBQ lunch.

Follow the blue signs.

BBQ on the trail at the half way point.

Sunday’s prize draws; results will be posted in the Welcome Centre, don’t forget to check in after the run to see if you won a prize!

Jamboree Grand Prize draw; 2017 Teryx donated by Kawasaki Canada, at The Welcome Centre; 8:00 p.m.

Band goes on stage at 8:10 pm at the Welcome Centre.

Monday

Self-guided runs – get a group together and go explore our trails!

 

Cost:

Friday only: $10 per ATV

Includes the Friday evening run only.

Saturday only: $15 per ATV

Includes the run, 1 ballot for Saturday’s prizes, 1 ballot for the grand prize, and the evening band.

Sunday only: $15 per ATV

Includes the run, 1 ballot for Sunday’s prizes, 1 ballot for the grand prize, and the evening band.

Weekend pass: only $20 per ATV

Includes all ATV runs, 1 ballot each for both Sat & Sun prizes, 1 ballot for the grand prize, and both evening bands.

 

Additional ballots for the grand prize draw can be purchased for $5 each.

There will also be a daily 50/50 draw

 

Accommodations:

Camping

Rough camping; available on a first come first serve basis on event site. $40 for the weekend, pay at registration, cash only please. Access to campground showers.

Serviced and un-serviced camp sites; book through Woolastook Park, ATV access to event site – please respect speed limits within the campground,

Hotels

Riverside Resort & Conference Centre; is the closest, 10 minutes away by car, no ATV access to event site, must trailer your ATV to Woolastook Park.

ATV Breakdown recovery:

Get towed to the closest road; note the location on the map provided at registration and call or text the number provided.

 

Shuttle service:

Between Woolastook Park and the Riverside Hotel only.  Cost and phone number will be provided at registration.

 

Beach:

Full access to Woolastook Park’s 2 unsupervised beaches. Please keep ATVs off the beach.

 

Food truck:

Open Saturday and Sunday, afternoon / evenings by the Welcome Centre.

 

Fuel:

No fuel access from trail; Petro-can 5 min away by car. Left on Hwy 102 follow the signs bring a gas can.

 

Trail Permits:

Trail Permits are required as NBATVF Managed trails will be used, they will be available for purchase at the Welcome Centre if required, cash only, please don’t forget your licence plate number! Information on trail permits here.

This is a private family campground, keep the speed down and be on your best behaviour.  We would like to be invited back.
