BE ON THE LOOKOUT!
It has been raining quite a bit lately, which is causing floods in various places in New Brunswick. If you go riding in the trails in the near future, we ask that you be on the look out for wash-outs and mud slides. Please do not drive too closely to any rivers, streams or lakes. And if you see part of a trail or a road that is flooded, please do not try to drive through it. Even in shallow waters, the currents can carry you away. Think safety and be extra careful!
*At the moment a section of the trail is closed between Cross Creek Crossing and McGivney. There is a wash out on the railbed about 2km north of the Cross Creek station.

NB ATV Federation's AGM
This year's NB ATV Federation's AGM was held at the Rodd River Miramichi Hotel in Miramichi on April 11 and 12, 2015. Elections were held for the roles of Vice-President and Treasurer. It was unanimous! Jim McGregor was re-elected as Vice-President and Paul Branscombe was re-elected as Treasurer. Congratulations to you both and keep up the good work!
The Director-at-Large position was also up for election. However, before the election, the position was eliminated as a result of a Bylaws Committee recommendation which was approved by the general membership. That position was created quite a few years ago for a particular purpose which does not exist anymore. We would like to thank Marion St. Pierre, who was occupying this position over the past few years, for her dedication and hard work!

Message from the Town of Riverview
The Town of Riverview is experiencing significant issues with both snow mobilers and ATV’ers accessing and damaging the Cross Country Ski trails in Mill Creek Park.
If our members should become aware of the individuals responsible, The Town would appreciate hearing about them, or if they anonymously report their plate numbers,
The Town will pursue such activity.
They are having additional signage posted at the entry points and throughout the park in anticipation of charging anyone caught in the park on either of these vehicle types.
The Town is also notifying the appropriate authorities and placing video cameras in the area on a rotational basis, so they are able to cover the entire park via camera over time.

Miscou ATV Club receives an emergency call for help
The big storm of Valentine's Day weekend left a LOT of snow in its wake. In the early morning hours of Monday, February 16, 2015, the Miscou ATV Club received an emergency call that four (4) young people, were stranded in a camp in the woods. The operator of the Miscou ATV club groomer, Karson, went immediately out to get them. When purchasing their groomer, the club had studied this issue for emergencies on the island. Parents were happy with their work. We thank you Karson!
